PLAS supports its clients to pursue identified business opportunities both at the consortium building and proposal writing phase (where applicable). Specifically, PLAS provides:

  • Information based on its company database and specific recommendations to the client in order to choose and build the most appropriate consortium of both international and local companies that best meet the specific project needs.
  • Advice on the formulation of a winning proposal (in the case of competitive calls), ensuring compliance with the bid terms and the engagement of suitable experts (for EuropeAid or other donor-based projects) using the experts database of PLAS. Furthermore, upon client’s request, PLAS also provides experienced experts in proposal writing.
