- Demand and supply matching that is the comparison of the market needs and the client’s interests and services; identification of the client services portfolio to be offered.
- Selection of appropriate market(s) and sector(s) and geographical reach.
- Formulation of client’s production model and necessary infrastructure to determine the appropriate configuration to capture the selected market opportunities.
- Determination of the collaboration needs (locally and globally) in terms of expertise needed to support client’s activity in the selected market and sector.
- Formulation of client’s Marketing Plan, including the determination of the promotion strategy targeting the selected markets.
- Formulation of Implementation Plan, including the detailed determination of the activities needed to support client’s expansion activity as well as the sequence of those activities.
A Configuration Strategy Report is delivered to the client, which includes recommendations for formulating a winning strategy and developing the configuration and production model for the client’s growth.
